Our resident warden of the Punitentiary and the cutting quip, Mr Hicks very rarely loses a verbal contest or anything else.

From flash to heavy php to mobile to design (yes honestly), he's skills are only rivalled by his hair (he looks a little like he's stolen David Ginola's toupee we think).

Tom's rapid rise with Aerian Studios has been through sheer hard work, and destroying all problems that stand in his way like a friendly Dalek.

Failure is not a word in his dictionary (mainly because we've stolen the entire 'f' section of his dictionary for some fun).

He's an absolutely wonderful developer who's got great things in front of him (Like Alex for instance).
