In 2007, we took over the maintenance and optimisation of www.sparksite.co.uk. During the next 10 months, the site expanded in popularity and output, and soon outgrew it's previous iteration by another provider.

Wiltshire County Council and Wiltshire College then approached us as a web design and development agency to create an online application that would allow them to manage content, users, approve entries, upload videos / audio files and images and create a bespoke CMS and application service.

As part of our remit, we've been expanding the brand, and seeking to tie down a thorough and contemporary design branding for Spark as a product. To this end, we've expanded the brand to make it more unique by adding new, fresh colours to their palette and expanding their brand guidelines to include more creative bitmap imagery and user centric design and development.

We exposed our brand using a variety of UX user journeys and wireframes to inform how the designs should be reworked to improve the user experience.

We really enjoy working with Sparksite and hope that the relationship will continue for many years.
