After the massive success of the initial website development project for regency mouldings in 2006 we approached James (company owner) to see if he would like the site brought up to modern standards with a re-development. Delighted with the results from the last project Aerian and Regency Moulding worked on together he was more than happy for us to combine forces again!

The re-development aspect of this project involved completely re-structuring the old website using our custom made grid styling system and using a PHP / MySQL based web language. Our custom made content management system with ecommerce (also based on PHP / MySQL) was incorporated to allow Regency the ability to add new products and more control over how these are categorized and presented on the front end. For easier integration we were also able to merge the old website database to the new system, meaning Regency did not need to re-upload all their products again (saving time and money!)

Some of the most successful elements from the old website have also been incorporated into the re-development. A great example is the 3D coving videos, these were a very well received feature from the old website and something that none of the competition had thought to include. Due to this we extended the amount of products that included 3D videos and gave users the ability to increase the video size and so see the product in more detail.

We hope that James and all at Regency mouldings enjoy just as much success, if not more from the new web development. It’s been great working with the guys again and long may the relationship between Regency Mouldings and Aerian continue!
