Junction Eighteen is a leading supplier to the trade of gifts and decorative products for the home. The company is based in Warminster, Wiltshire and has grown rapidly since its creation in 1986 and is looking to expand its business to stretch to the web.

The core strategy with the website design was to give customers a unique shopping experience depending on what brand (top level category) they chose to shop in. To achieve this the website utilises dynamic website backgrounds and imagery that stretches across the whole width of the page, clearly showing what brand a customer is on and the feel of the products the brand contains.

Another key element was to create an easy shopping experience where customers could find the products they want with a minimal amount of clicks. This has been achieved by implementing a filter strategy that enables customers to easily narrow down the products presented to the exact type they are looking for or jump to different brands.
