Due to the success of the original junction 18 ecommerce website (created nearly 8 years ago in 2005) Junction 18 decided that a refresh of the website was needed.
The design team initially created wireframes to ensure the user journey was correct before any look and feel was added. Through the wireframes it was discovered that the brand theme aspect of each page was essential.
The design update of the website keeps junction 18 one step ahead of its competition, delivering a modern, fun and most importantly easy to use experience.
The website is also made easy to manage by Junctions own in-house team by integrating with a bespoke data feed which allows the sales team to keep product listings synchronised with their internal stock control systems through scheduled and real time updates. The site copes with high volume sales and trade b2b transactions.
