Fastbikes is a popular biking magazine, with this sting being produced for their cover mounted DVD. Using the theme of biking and the logo’s red ‘delta’ shape, it enters the ‘A’ of the word ‘Fast’ which becomes a tunnel.

 The delta’s motion weaves across a road with tunnel struts rushing by. Motorbike sound accompanies the animation which combined with heavy motion blur creates a real sense of speed associated with the magazine’s subject. Upon reaching the end of the tunnel, the delta banks away to the right as the camera rotates 180° to the left.

 The logo extrudes into the screen creating an abstract area where imagery slows to contrast with what preceded. Then the logo extrudes backwards onto a black background with a dramatic resonating sound whilst the delta slots into place to finish the animation.
